      • Facilitated and partook in overhauling our church management software membership system from quite dysfunctional to organized and usable.
        • We had over 1000 people in the software, with only 150 people coming to our church. Thus, this database needed sweeping reform and I led this charge.
      • Started a prayer time before services to pray for the church, the service, and the world.
      • Saw 5 people baptized and 5 members join the church, partially due to our efforts in specifically praying to God for these things to happen and seeing Him do it.
      • Planned an event for senior adults to participate in during COVID that enabled prayer, fellowship, and reflection on what God is doing in their lives.
      • Ministered to senior adults through leading a Wednesday night “Sunday School” class, calling seniors daily to pray over them, and going with the Pastor to visitations with those who had just lost spouses to plan for funerals.

      • Transported people in wheelchairs to and from appointments in a wheelchair van.
      • Navigated Raleigh traffic to arrive on time for patient appointments.
      • Communicated with patient, patient family members, facilities, doctors, and nurses about client needs.
      • Met patient needs as much as possible while in transport, often conversing with and praying for patients.
      • Worked with the owner to arrange driver schedules and rearrange driver schedules when an appointment rang long.

      • Built a CRM database to track students we interact with.
        • The CRM hosts student data pertinent to guiding them along the proper pathway.
        • The CRM also hosts “deals” that act as our pathways, ensuring we always know where students are at in the process.
      • Interacted with denominational partners to delineate specific pathways for partnership.
      • Interacted with HubSpot reps to diagnose issues and solve problems.
      • Built a GitHub documentation site for the CGCS to display documentation for students, faculty, and partners.
